WATERFLOODSWater Flood equipment for Enhanced Oil Recovery - Fabrication Technologies, Inc.

Our staff has designed and built several hundred water flood/injection packages throughout North America. We have designed all of these as exceptional unparalleled systems with all aspects of the customers’ requirements taken into account. Most are running today because we designed with considerations of economics, performance, and environment in mind.

Long term performance is the key to our repeat business. Our pump applications are never at 100% continuous duty and always shared as an interoffice review by several of our technicians. They must review this very carefully with respect to the long term trouble-free operation.

Piping engineering is critical and very important to us. All high and low pressure piping manifolds are designed with regards to acceleration head, NPSHr, velocity, erosion, temperature, corrosion, and related flow requirements. Common and typical to Fabrication Technologies are complete stainless steel (316L) process piping spools using ANSI B31.3 / 100% radiographic / hydro-test and MTR record keeping with weld maps.

We consider ourselves experts in including positive displacement and horizontal Custom Fabricated Enhanced Oil Recovery Waterflood equipment built by Fabrication Technologies, Inc.centrifugal pumping systems, and have completed installations throughout the world.

Integral to all of our plants is an electrical and electronics system isolated in a partitioned section, including a switchgear distribution system, complete wire way conduits or trays, termination of end devices and electric motors, and a tested logic control or operating system. We will house this in a partitioned section as the classifications might require.
